IPAらしく青臭いホップの香り。舌の中央部で感じる苦味は葡萄の渋皮を思わせる。口当たりの軽さと後味のサッパリ感が後を引く。


【追記】IPAといっても色々な味わいがありますね。
口当たり→口の中→のどの手前→のどの奥→飲んだ後…など、苦みというか味の濃さをメインで感じる箇所は様々です。

このTOWER10 IPAは、ホップはホップなのでしょうが、どことなくワインの渋みを思い出させるようなホップの苦みでした。


さて、ホームページでは

使用ホップはチノック、カスケード、センテニアルであることが読み取れます。
確かにボクの感想でもホップについて引っかかってますね。

若い世代と熟練のブルワーのタッグにより実現した世代を超えた味わい、ってとこでしょうか。


ボクが「葡萄の渋皮」と表した部分がなんなのかは不明ですが、また味わってみたいです。
